Licensed Massage Therapist Dr. Steven Sandifer graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in 1992 ( the first chiropractic college that was established in Davenport, Iowa). He uses several different adjusting techniques to meet each individual's needs. He treats infants, children, youth, adults, senior citizens, disabled, and those who are pregnant. Lexi Sandifer, NTP is a certified Nutritional Therapist that works with clients who have symptoms that don't seem to be getting relief via medical routes. She uses whole food supplements, herbs, and dietary changes as well as counseling to assist a patient to reach optimum health. Testing techniques utilized are ART, MFT and muscle testing. Alyssa Schafer LMT, is a sweet and warm individual. You will feel well cared for by her. She has a background in therapeutics, trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release, cupping, deep tissue, cranial sacral therapy, pre and post-natal massage, energetics, aromatherapy, and working on range of motion through various techniques. Kim Lilley-Aggerrson LMT, Kim has a warm and friendly personality. Her skills are far beyond someone a year out of school. The Champion patients are already saying amazing things about her techniques. Kim’s focus is on deep tissue, injury, rehabilitation, and stretching. We have payment plans and health plans to meet most budgets. Office Hours Are:

We are days away from Thanksgiving and it's time to buy your whipping cream! Do you know what's in it? Whipping cream isn't whipping cream anymore. Most are 36% cream and the remainder are fillers and emulsifiers. These products allow for a drastically longer shelf life. Cream should expire within a few days to weeks. Not months! You can see that the Kroger brand of heavy whipping cream expires March of 2026. The Dairygold Heavy Whipping Cream expires January 9th. But the real cream from Trader Joes....it expires in 16 days. Days instead of months.
The even bigger concern is for those with digestive issues like Colitis, IBS/IBD, Crohn's, Ulcers, Cancers of the digestive tract, acid reflux, SIBO and more, shouldn't be consuming these food preservatives because they are like putting a match to the gut. Massive inflammation and worsening of the disease.
Alpenrose at Grocery Outlet and Trader Joe's brand Heavy Whipping Cream are the real deal.
Make sure you read those labels before you buy. You may just be making a guest's digestive issues much worse before the end of dessert! Tell me in the comments where you get your real whipping cream so we can help others find healthy cream.

Hard to believe that we have been in our current Olympia Champion Chiropractic Center location just under 10 years. This month the three of us have been working on a refresh to get ready to welcome Dr. Kirk Petheram and his beautiful wife, Renee, to the Champion team in August.
We still have about 2 more weeks of work on the office to finish it up. It sure is looking "purdy: (as my mom would say). Amazing what a fresh coat of paint, furniture upgrades, and new art will do to a place.
