She is also certified in dry needling, pelvic floor dry needling, and Smart Tools BFR (Levels 1 & 2). Her specialties include perinatal care, fitness athletes, Olympic lifters, powerlifters, and runners.

Driven to elevate the patient experience, Elizabeth founded Endeavor (soon to be Monarch) Physical Therapy & Performance to go beyond traditional care, provide unparalleled support, and lead her community in healthcare excellence.
