At The Sequoia, puzzling has become a favorite way to relax, connect, and enjoy a little friendly teamwork. We caught Karen and Stephen deep in their puzzles the other day, completely in the zone and loving every minute.

Whether it’s working side by side or tackling pieces solo, it’s always a peaceful and rewarding way to spend the day.

Fridays = music, movement, and big smiles!

Deniece brings the party to our community with Groove & Move, and our residents are all in. She keeps things fresh by switching up the choreography, so there is always something new to learn and enjoy. It is not just about the moves, it is about the joy, connection, and confidence that shines through every smile.
