What happens to your mind when the pressure hits?
Heart rate spikes.

Your thoughts either work for you… or against you.
That’s why I had the privilege of working with Kitsap SWAT Operators, training the same mental performance skills used by elite athletes and special operations units.
Because when the stakes are real, mentality cannot be left to chance.
We worked on tools to help them:
•Control their thoughts under pressure
•Lock in their focus when it matters most
•Learn how to effectively “not think”
•Train their internal dialogue to stay on their side
