It is always trying to communicate with you.

I can’t eat nightshades because my liver doesn’t like it also I and my husband are reacting to American wheat. May be it’s not wheat we are reacting to but wheat’s genetic modification and glyphosate that is sprayed on before harvest in USA.
I miss eating tomatoes and other nightshades.
Thai and Italian foods are my favorites.
I figured out how to make fake tomato sauce when I like to have pasta or tomato soup.
On the plate;
Organic, gluten free quinoa pasta, fake tomato sauce from carrots, onion, garlic, oregano and basil essential oils (when I don’t have fresh herbs on the hand), dry herbs oregano, savory, black pepper, lemon juice . Garnished with real sheep feta and olives.

Marci - Recovery from chemo and radiation:
It had been almost 3 years since the first diagnosis. My cancer treatment was intense. Double mastectomy followed by 9 months of chemo, and 12 weeks of radiation with a re-occurrence under the skin. 1 year later I had another surgery and 12 more weeks of radiation. Recovering from all of this had caused PTSD. I kept thinking that I'm dying of urinary tract infections for 9 months that don’t clear A colon that does not move. After this treatment I have been sick, toxic, depressed, and on edge! Friends would say kind of bitchy.
I started the X39 patches in early September 2019. Day 1 and Day 2 a metal taste came out of my mouth. I think I was detoxing the chemo. Day 3 and Day 4 I felt nothing. Day 5 my hands and neck got so soft. Day 7 Joy and Energy like I was before I had cancer. I realized I can live again and that I am ok!!! I remember calling my friend and crying saying I want to stay on this patch and I want to share it because it has been so life-changing for me. Now I have been on the patch for 3 months and it just keeps getting better! My UTI has cleared for 2 months now. Also my colon is moving again.
