Okay hear me out, our boss talks a LOT, and honestly we kind of love it.
At first it’s funny watching him narrate everything like he’s hosting his own podcast in the hallway, but then you realize something powerful is happening. He is modeling language all day long. He is asking questions, naming feelings, expanding sentences, and showing our kids what real communication looks like in action.
Every “Hey buddy, what do you need?” and every “Oh I see, you want the blue block” is quietly building brains, vocabulary, and confidence in our learners. That yapper energy creates connection, curiosity, and collaboration across our whole team.
So yes, we tease him, but we also deeply respect him, because this clinic is built on communication, teamwork, and relationships first.
