As the seasons shift and life feels full, so many of us are dancing between overwhelm and rest — wanting to grow, create, and show up fully, while also longing to slow down and breathe. 🍂

Tonight’s circle is an invitation to pause… to reflect, release, and reconnect. To come as you are, share what’s real, and gather in community that uplifts and restores. 💛

Let’s support each other, learn from one another, and remember that we don’t have to walk this journey alone. 🌾

4:00 PM — All ages / family friendly chaos + joy
5:30 PM — Adults & 8+/ chiller puppies + more actual yoga

Pay what you can — just come.
Stretch a little, laugh a lot, and let puppies climb all over your Down Dog.

💛 A portion of proceeds goes to Caring Hearts for Paws, a rescue that goes out of their way to help mama dogs + their babies.
So whether you’re a mama, a dog dad, a friend, or just a human who loves love — you’ll be helping mamas help mamas. 🐾

We had such a beautiful time connecting at The Evergreen State College Internship Fair! 💚 We met so many lovely humans who are excited about our vision of community, movement, and holistic wellness — it fills our hearts to see so much enthusiasm for co-creating a brighter, more connected future together.

Huge thanks to Bonnie, Joe, and baby Jonah for hanging out and bringing such joyful energy to the day — you made it so much fun! 🥰

Here’s to the next generation of changemakers, healers, and community builders — we can’t wait to see what blossoms next. 🌸

🌕✨ Community Clothing Swap + Sound Healing Ritual of Renewal ✨🌕
Saturday, October 25th • 1–3 PM
📍 Heartsong Village Center – Olympia, WA

🌿 Join us for a cozy, intentional afternoon of gentle somatic movement, sound healing, and mindful exchange as we honor the turning of the seasons.
Under the waxing crescent moon in Sagittarius, we’ll gather to release what no longer feels in alignment and welcome in new energy for the season ahead. 💫
We’ll begin in the Sanctuary with grounding movement, breathwork, and soothing sound to help us soften, center, and open space for renewal.
Together, we’ll weave intention, movement, and community care into a shared ritual of release and abundance. 💛
Afterward, we’ll gather in the Living Room for tea, snacks, laughter, and a gentle clothing swap — a time to connect, share stories, and find new treasures in the spirit of sustainability and joy. 🌸
All remaining items will be donated to support local families in need.

💫 Schedule
🕰️ 12:45 PM – Arrival & Drop-Off
Bring your clothing and accessories to the Living Room to lay out, settle in with tea, and connect.
🌿 1:00 PM – Welcoming Circle, Gentle Somatic Movement & Sound Healing
Gather in the Sanctuary for grounding, breathwork, and embodied movement to help release what’s ready to shift.
We’ll bless one item that represents what we’re letting go of before moving into the exchange.
🧺 1:30 PM – Clothing Swap, Snacks & Social Time
Move into the Living Room for tea, popcorn, and our snack potluck while browsing, trying on clothes, and connecting in community.
💛 3:00 PM – Closing & Clean-Up
Together we’ll fold and organize remaining items for donation to support local families through the Family Support Center of South Sound.
