Busy moms, dads, business owners…
I see you 👀
You’re not short on goals, to-do lists, and wants in your life.
You’re definitely not lazy.
You might be exhausted. Overwhelmed.
I’ve felt that.
And those things sneak back into my life if I don’t consciously decide to not let them and to take care of myself.
Here’s what I do, as a mom, business owner, and chiropractor:
1. Weekly spinal-nervous system care (chiropractic) - This is an easy win for my body!
2. Movement - I’m loving weight lifting right now. But do what feels good for you!
3. Good food in my body and eliminating any toxic clothing, cleaning products and house stuff.
4. Nurture my mind and soul! - I love a mixture of meditating, writing, quite time, walks with my husband, and play time with family.
And sometimes my workouts look like this ⬆️, getting my movement in in jeans, after work. 😊
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be aligned.
