Meet the newest member of our mighty Front Desk Team!

Holly is our resident Yoga, Meditation, & Myofascial Release Teacher and a long-time rest advocate who has been floating with us since 2016. She loves to help cultivate space for folks to commit to the self-care practices that help them find true and deep rest and restoration, whether it be in meditation, yoga, or while drifting through the liminal space that resting in a float tank provides. The same compassion, care, and grounded energy that she brings to her yoga teaching, is the same energy she hopes to offer anyone who walks through the quaint arched doorway of our special oasis right here in Olympia.

When Holly isn’t working here, at the yoga studio, or making herbal goodies for her apothecary, Shuskan Wellness, you might find her off on some sort of adventure in the mountains or jetting across the world to lead yoga retreats.

We built our new Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy room extra big to allow for communal sauna, for building community around wellness in Olympia. While you can have your own private sauna session (a rare thing in and of itself), it's better with friends!
