Our Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's was a delight! We raised $300 to fund Alzheimer's research and had a great time walking alongside our fellow Olympians.

It's time for beautiful - and HOT - weather! Are you prepared?

Overheating is a serious risk to seniors and folks with certain illnesses and medications. Make sure you have a game plan for those extra hot days.

Ask your local Area Agency on Aging if they're able to provide a cool escape on high temp days, and make sure to stay hydrated and out of the sun!
