We are looking for leaders who will:

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month — Know the Facts. Protect Your Health.

Did you know? 🤔
➡️ More than 38 million Americans — about 1 in 9 adults — have diabetes.
➡️ An additional 97 million adults have pre-diabetes, and most don’t even know it.
➡️ Diabetes is a leading cause of heart disease, kidney failure, blindness, and amputations in the U.S.

This month, we’re raising awareness about the importance of early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and regular screenings. Managing or preventing diabetes starts with understanding your risks.

🩺 Talk to your doctor about your blood sugar levels and ways to stay healthy.
Together, we can make a difference in our community’s health! 💙
