Good afternoon my dear friends! 😀
Here comes our 2nd message from Spirit for this upcoming week.
Our message comes from my “Sufi Wisdom Oracle” deck and it is titled “Ending a Trauma-Transform memories and symptoms.
The title of this card is a little misleading because it does refer to how we respond to trauma. However, it also refers to how we respond to all of the daily stressors and challenges we face.
If you are still struggling from a past traumatic event or if you are needing help and support, Spirit is here to help you work through any uncomfortable feelings you may have and encourage you to live your life as best as you can.
Spirit also wants you to accept the impact that your experiences have had on you and encourage you to take action to improve how you respond to them.
In the booklet that comes with this deck, it says, “Dear one, you are loved so much, even if you don’t know it. You must change old definitions of yourself by identifying them as false and recognizing they are based on circumstances that were out of your control. When you can feel the pain of your past experiences, process it, and make sense of it, you can resolve your trauma, which will alter your future.
Remember that thoughts are thoughts and you don’t have to believe them or let them guide your behavior. Support is all around you and creativity is a way for you to express your feelings in a positive way. By getting involved in uplifting activities, you can improve your mood and rebuild your life.”
The mantra for this message says:
“ I will detach from being traumatized or wounded. I release those memories, and I replace them with feelings of unconditional love. I am confident in my ability to process my memories and symptoms, and to thrive.”
Through this message, Spirit is asking us to consider how we respond to daily challenges. Spirit is also asking us to process any feelings we have that are related to past traumatic events.
Life is hard, but we are not meant to struggle. We all face ups and downs, and we all face people who mistreat us or abuse us. However, it is up to us to be our own advocates and to decide if we are going to let others’ words and behaviors dim our light.
If you are struggling to process a traumatic event or an interaction that occurred, that has deeply impacted you, there is no shame whatsoever in speaking to a professional who can help you work through your feelings. You can also talk to or pray to your Higher Power and/or your Spirit Team.
In the present moment, besides talking to or praying to your Higher Power or your Spirit Team, you can help make yourself feel better by drinking plenty of water, taking at least a 10 minute walk daily, and trying to make better food and drink choices. (We don’t know how many different chemicals there are in the foods and drinks we consume, and those chemicals affect us more than we realize. Therefore, it is true that if you try to eat a more healthy diet, you will find that your mood will improve and your mind will be clearer.)
As you go through this upcoming week, see if you can do at least 1 thing suggested above to help yourself feel better. Also, why not explore a way to reduce the burden(s) you are carrying with you? The hard work is not fun, but it is temporary. It is also so very worth doing so that you can give yourself the gifts of peace and happiness for the remainder of your life’s journey!
Wishing you all the best!
❤️Ana
