We love seeing creative ways therapy and childhood development come together — like writing a letter to Santa! 🎅✨
𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 is not only a magical holiday tradition, it's a 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀.
At RehabVisions, our physical, occupational and speech therapy teams love supporting kids as they grow their motor, sensory and communication skills. Drawing, expressing thoughts and fine-motor coordination all come together when children try to write.
Today we celebrate people of ALL abilities and their unique strengths, perspectives and contributions. This day reminds us that inclusion isn’t just about accommodating needs — it’s about recognizing the value each individual brings to our communities.
RehabVisions is committed to empowering people of all ages to participate fully in daily life, build confidence and reach their personal goals. Through supportive, person-centered care, we help our patients focus on what is possible.

Older Driver Safety Awareness Week | Dec 1–5
As adults age, safe driving can become more challenging — but staying independent and confident on the road is still possible.
Rehab therapists can help older drivers by identifying mobility, vision, or cognitive changes that may affect driving and providing guidance to support safer daily activities.

At Exstrom Physical Therapy, patients wrap up their therapy journey by signing the wall — a tradition filled with personality and gratitude. From Patty’s heartfelt thank-you to Mary’s “What next?” smiley face, each note captures hard work, progress and the relationships built along the way.

We’re Hiring: Occupational Therapist
RehabVisions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dalhart, Texas! This full-time, part-time, or PRN, hospital-based role includes both inpatient and outpatient caseloads, serving a mix of patients across all ages — with some pediatrics. Join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in this friendly community.
Yesterday we shared the incredible generosity shown during RehabVisions' annual Stuff the Bird food drive. Today, we’re excited to share that our team at Horn Memorial Hospital collected the highest number of donations this year!
With a donation topping over 500 food items, our team at Horn Memorial is supporting Community Basket, a vital resource for families in Ida Grove, Iowa offering food and essentials with dignity and compassion.
The heart behind this effort came not only from RehabVisions' therapy team at Horn, but from so many hospital staff, patients, families and community members.
We're grateful to all of our RehabVisions facilities for participating with such generosity during this season of giving.

As we head into Thanksgiving week, we're grateful for the generosity shown across our many RehabVisions facilities during our annual Stuff the Bird food drive.
Each location selected a organization in their community to support by collecting canned and nonperishable items to help ensure more families have what they need this holiday season.
Take a look at the outstanding participation from across our teams. These donations will make a difference for our neighbors in need this holiday season.
We’ll announce the facility that collected the most donations tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Every child’s journey is unique — and so is their path to growth, strength and independence.
On Universal Children’s Day, we celebrate the resilience of children everywhere and the incredible families, caregivers and therapists who help them reach new milestones each day.
At RehabVisions, we believe pediatric therapy should feel like play and progress should feel like joy. Through physical, occupational and speech therapy, our rehab therapy teams help kids build the skills and confidence they need to keep moving, learning and dreaming big.
Here’s to brighter futures — one small step, one big smile at a time!

RehabVisions was founded by physical therapist Joel Larmore and his brother Rick in 1983. Joel’s idea was to bring high-quality rehab therapy to smaller communities through contracted services. This continues to be the driving purpose of our company. We now staff and manage therapy departments for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and schools in 11 states. We provide the full continuum of physical, occupational and speech therapy services including program evaluation and development, management services and recruiting.
In 2001 we started a travel division called Cariant Health Partners. Cariant places therapists and nurses in short-term, typically 13 weeks, assignments all over the country. Although its own company, the team at Cariant shares our Home Office and helps to alleviate short-term needs in RehabVisions’ own contracted facilities.
Over the years, we also saw a need to assist outpatient clinic owners looking to retire. Using our own successful outpatient clinic in Dickinson, North Dakota as a model, RehabVisions acquired an outpatient clinic in Des Moines in 2010. Since then we’ve acquired clinics in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Washington and Kansas.
Even with this tremendous growth, our company tagline—Traditional Values. Innovative Care—still stands. We stay true to our traditional values and strive to provide innovative care in the ever-changing environment of healthcare.
We believe our people and their commitment to our values are the reasons behind our success. The majority of our management team are therapists themselves, and most have been with the company for more than 15 years. We pride ourselves on this tenure, both with our employees and our clients. Nearly 40 percent of our facilities have partnered with us for more than a decade.
