Last evening my father, Steven Evers, passed away in his home with his family at his bedside. He was kept very comfortable and looked peaceful. It was what a true hospice experience should be. Shout out to Hillcrest Hospice, especially Kris, for helping to make his final moments comfortable, as well as facilitating medication delivery to home, DME (durable medical equipment), and most importantly helping my family through his final transition. That was a very precious gift that I will forever be grateful for. 🥲
