Love this👇 What are you currently focusing on? A world you want to see or a world you don’t want to see? I catch myself focusing on what I don’t want and have to switch gears to shift those thoughts to align with what I do want. This is a lifelong exercise but with the help of reiki I am aware and can shift my focus to be more positive.

If you're in the Omaha area, make sure to swing by Awakenings this Saturday, October 18 - several of Kelli's students will be offering free mini-Reiki sessions every 30 minutes!

The event will be start at 1pm and sessions will happen every 30 minutes (last session is at 3:30pm). Spots are first come, first served - no sign up sheets needed, just show up!

Oh Bruno what have you done!! 2 reactions came to mind: 1) I overreact and have a full adult tantrum and dwell on why these things happen..

2) I take the biggest deep breath, reflect on he’s a puppy who apparently needs better chew toys and figure out quick who can repair this.

Happy to report my reaction was somewhere in the middle of these options.😂

I use reiki routinely in my own life and old me this event would have bothered me so much more. My perspective has changed and it’s become easier to move past the small matters and just deal with them.

Side note still need to repair this so please send recommendations if you know of anyone. Don’t think Nate’s gonna let me get power tools and a nail gun.🤷‍♀️

Great way to start a new week! This can be said in the shower too as you visualize the water truly washing it all away. Our words hold a lot of power as we put our intent out into the universe.

My 9yr old daughter has always loved dandelions and still refers to them as “wishing flowers.” Most see them as weeds that can take over a yard but she chooses to enjoy blowing on them and making a wish.

Such a simple symbolic representation of something that is viewed in so many different perspectives. I have countless times made comments like “ok I will when…” “the timing just isn’t right” “I need to do this first…” I know I’ve missed opportunities because of these excuses. Reiki has helped me recognize this pattern and change the way I respond. I am more likely now to folllw my curiosity, chose to take a leap of faith and trust that life is happening for me not against me. (Easier said then done sometimes but I keep trying)
