The kids at Guadalupe Center had one very important question: When is Tusky coming back?

Our team had the pleasure of spending last Wednesday with students from the Rose Park after-school program decorating cookies, hanging out with Utah Mammoth's beloved mascot, and loading up on hockey swag at our third annual holiday party. Their excitement about Christmas (and Tusky) was absolutely contagious. 🩵🍪

This is one of our favorite traditions, getting to celebrate with these amazing kids and support Guadalupe Center's work. Huge thanks to Utah Mammoth and Guadalupe Center for making it happen!🎄

Are Humira Biosimilar Savings Reaching Employers?

Humira biosimilars launched in 2023 with a bold promise: same effectiveness, fraction of the cost.

We analyzed 950+ self-funded employers to see if those savings actually materialized.

The short answer: not always.

What we found:
▪️ Same drug class, 4x price difference: Biosimilar costs range from $639 to $2,655 per prescription
▪️ State gaps of $6,000+: DC employers average $8,387 per script, Michigan averages $2,306
▪️ High capture ≠ low costs: Vermont's 226% increase in biosimilar adoption still averages $6,182 per script

Most employers can see biosimilar adoption rates. Few can see which specific biosimilar they're paying for, or why cheaper options didn't make the formulary.
