Train in private - Look good in public. Live well - Age well. Next Step Fitness is the successor to Fitness Together, a personal training studio. We specialize in one-on-one personal training. We also offer Nutrition Consultations and Family and Friends small group training (up to four people) is available on request. Our owner got into this business because he wants to make as big of an impact on others as he and his wife experienced personally as clients. We invite new clients to sign up for a fitness assessment to begin to experience our premier personal training. Certifications:

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

🥣 December Recipe: Gingerbread Overnight Oats

A cozy, holiday-inspired breakfast that keeps you full and fueled — without the sugar overload.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a jar or container.

Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy chilled or warmed in the morning.

A festive way to stay on track all season. ❄️💪

Ingredients:

1/2 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Drop of peppermint extract
Ice
