🇺🇸 Quilts of Valor Ceremony 🇺🇸
Yesterday we had the honor of recognizing three incredible veterans from our community during our annual Quilts of Valor ceremony.

The Quilts of Valor Foundation’s mission is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing quilts — a heartfelt “thank you” for their sacrifice and service.

Family and friends joined us for this special event, our local high school students beautifully sang the National Anthem, and our residents’ choir filled the room with songs of pride and gratitude.

It was a day full of emotion, honor, and community spirit! ❤️We are already looking forward to next year.

Our residents, staff, and visitors had the honor of voting for their favorite, and the winning pumpkin was created by one of our talented cooks, Vernice!
We had a total of 15 pumpkins in the competition, and Vernice’s masterpiece won with 99 votes! 🏆
