✨November 2nd-8th is Hospice and Palliative Care Week 🫶

This week is an opportunity to raise awareness about the benefits of hospice and palliative care for patients and families facing serious illness. While hospice care is focused on comfort and support for individuals with a terminal illness, palliative care is for anyone with a serious illness, regardless of prognosis.

🍂 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT'S NOVEMBER ALREADY?!

November is recognized as National Family Caregivers Month. This month is to honor and raise awareness for the millions of individuals who provide unpaid assistance to family members or friends who struggle with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or other health conditions. This month we would love to encourage the many caregivers to seek support for themselves through programs, stress management tips, and community connections.
