At Align Care we strive to provide the best healthcare services for our clients and facilities. We are a group of providers that specialize in serving the geriatric population with their mental health needs. We are currently in 50+ facilities in Nebraska and Iowa. Our services include: therapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We love to be apart of the patients care team which includes communication with the resident's providers and caretakers.
