We should all have people in our circle that we trust enough to say "these are things to know that show that I'm not okay", "these are ways to support me when I'm in that space" because often times when people are "not okay" they can't speak to this in those moments. Supportive connections go along way when it comes to maintaining mental wellness.
Therapy is usually once a week, appointments with psychiatrist are brief and frequency is usually further out, but the people you surround yourself with, interactions are more often. Resilience is built just by having one trusted person in your life that believes in you. If you don't have that person, I encourage you to find it. It matters, you matter ๐
