I'm sharing my favorite functional health hack for brain fog and low energy days. I talk about how methylene blue works at the mitochondrial level to boost ATP production, how red and near-infrared light supercharges this process like jumpstarting a car battery at the cellular level, and how combining these with infrared sauna therapy helps with brain fog, mental fatigue, inflammation, mood, focus, and recovery.
