We are dedicated to providing mindfulness & meditation opportunities to improve the mental health and well-being of individuals in our communities. Creating awareness by practicing mindfulness & meditation rooted in the Dharma to see the world more clearly and collectively strength our body-mind connection. Cultivating a deeper sense of belonging, gently and courageously working at the edges of our understanding to widen our circles of compassion, until there is no Other. Exploring and protecting what we value, what we hold sacred; restoring and creating a world we want to live in, knowing we are not alone, we do this work together.

When we practice presence, we practice relationship.

We’re deeply grateful to welcome back Bhante Sujatha, the Loving-Kindness Monk, for a full weekend of practice and community in Omaha.

During his time here, Bhante will be offering:

✨ a daylong retreat at Platte River State Park
✨ guest teaching at our weekly The Sunday Practice
✨ speaking at the First Unitarian Church Sunday service
✨ a closing evening of talk, meditation, and sound

Join us March 30 for Comfort Through Renewal, a daylong retreat of meditation, gentle movement, quiet reflection, and time to simply be.

Rooted in our commitment to mindfulness and compassionate awareness, this gathering invites us to more deeply recognize and honor the lasting contributions of African Americans within our Omaha community.

Join Nebraska State Poet Jewel Rodgers in dialogue with other local poets as we gather to listen, learn, and celebrate creativity and history.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week, evidence-based program offering meditation, gentle movement, reflection, and supportive community.
