If you’re new around here, I’m Lora Sedam, licensed massage therapist since 1998 and owner of Omaha Back Therapies. A childhood injury started my own journey with chronic pain, and that’s what led me to massage therapy at an early age. After seeing how much it helped me, I felt called to help others find that same relief.

When I'm not in my massage studio you can usually find me with my nose in a book, out on a walk, or feeding the ducks at the pond.
