First Choice Chiropractic uses several techniques to achieve balance in your body, allowing it to heal from many ailments you experience. First, Dr. Osten speaks with the patient to hear what is bothering them. No two patients will respond the same so cookie cutter treatment plans just don't work. Dr. Osten uses Chiropractic Adjustments, Acupuncture and other therapies to help each patient reach their optimal health. The goal is to reach that point in the quickest, most cost effective manner. Health is a delicate balance and needs to be considered from the inside out. Dr. Osten will also work with you on your diet and supplements that will help you achieve your goals. The newest addition to the practice is essential oils. Essential oils have been used for years and are recently becoming more accepted. Dr. Osten uses essential oils in his own home, on his family, and is excited to bring those benefits to his patients.
