✨Yoga Pose of the Day: Half Moon Pose✨

Ardha chandrasana, also known as Half moon pose, is a balancing pose that engages your whole body. It can improve your hip strength, stability, and mobility in your legs.

This pose can be difficult so you can use the wall or yoga blocks to help you balance.

Depression room is a living space that is messy and neglected due to someone’s mental state. 😞🧠

This person is battling depression which can cause their space to reflect how they feel internally. They a filled with sadness and lack so much energy that they can’t keep up with cleaning.

Do you know someone who’s experiencing this? Please encourage them to seek help or even help them tidy up their space. 🤍
