There are many misconceptions surrounding mental health but one of the biggest has to be that if your kid is hyperactive, they are have ADHD. This is not always the case!

Many kids have extra energy, especially after sitting at a desk all day, that they need to exert. If your kid is hyperactive, try providing your kid with ways they can get rid of that energy. Some ways you can do that is by playing the floor is lava, building an obstacle course, or simply going for a walk.
