Fresh air, longer days, and paths changing week by week as nature springs to life. And with the clocks going forward on Sunday, 29 March, the evenings are light enough for a Nordic Walk after work

Nordic walking lets you take it all in. The colours, the air, the small changes you only notice when you move through the landscape instead of rushing past it.
