Assure Women's Center in Omaha offers free pregnancy tests and free ultrasounds for those who may have an unplanned pregnancy, unwanted pregnancy or teen pregnancy. We have two locations in west and east Omaha to serve you. For hours, please contact us at (402) 397-0600.
