I think most of you know my obsession with overnight oats 🙌🏼😃🙌🏼⁣

Nothing is better than waking up and being able to grab a jar that contains a delicious, balanced breakfast👍🏻⁣

I am always looking for ways to change up my overnight oats so when asked to develop a recipe for and recipe contest I knew exactly what I wanted to make➡️ Protein Packed Mocha Overnight Oats 🤩⁣

Recipe⁣
1/2 cup rolled oats⁣
1/4 cup coffee,brewed⁣
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used 1%)⁣
1 tsp pure maple syrup⁣
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder⁣
1 tbsp chia seeds⁣
1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt⁣
Toppings of choice: I used raspberries, bananas, slivered almonds and chocolate chips to taste!⁣

Mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa together in bottom of mason jar. Add coffee, milk, and maple syrup. Top with Greek yogurt, slivered almonds, chocolate chips, raspberries and bananas.

If you have 5 minutes you can make this amazingly simple and delicious breakfast 👍🏻⁣⁣📌Put  frozen Buttermilk and Vanilla...

If you have 5 minutes you can make this amazingly simple and delicious breakfast 👍🏻⁣

📌Put frozen Buttermilk and Vanilla Waffles in toaster for 3-5 minutes. ⁣

📌While they are toasting put frozen blueberries in microwave for 45 seconds to defrost. ⁣

📌When waffles are toasted spread on Vanilla Almond Butter and top with blueberries, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds‼️🙌🏻‼️🙌🏻

I am still going strong on my pumpkin kick 🎃🎃 Pumpkin Spice Smoothies for breakfast have been my fav😋 ⁣

Recipe 👇🏼⁣
1 cup milk of choice ( I used 1%)⁣
1 small banana⁣
1/4 cup pumpkin purée⁣
1/4-1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (for protein could also substitute a scoop of vanilla protein powder)⁣
1 tbsp milled flaxseed⁣
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁣
Dash of nutmeg⁣

Blend and enjoy‼️‼️

This little guy tried roasted Brussels sprouts for the first time and ❤️d them ⁣

Jude “What’s that mommy?”⁣
Me “it’s a Brussels sprout. I made broccoli 🥦 for you and brother.”⁣
Jude “I want to try that.”⁣
So I let him try it and he gave them a 👍🏻 ⁣

One of the benefits of getting your littles in the kitchen is them having curiosity about trying new foods. My initial instinct was they won’t eat Brussels so I will make broccoli for them, BUT my little man proved me wrong ‼️‼️⁣

Our family ❤️❤️❤️❤️s waking up to fresh baked muffins boxed muffin mixes are delicious, easy and made with REAL ingredients 🙌🏻🙌🏻 ⁣

These pumpkin muffins have all all the flavors of fall 🎃🍁🎃 and are ‼️ ⁣

I replaced the oil with flax meal to add some omega-3 fats and fiber AND we added a few chocolate chips on top 👍🏻⁣
