Regional Pathology Services was formed in 1974 to facilitate development and regional access to cutting edge laboratory testing technologies at UNMC and to provide an avenue for pathology consultation with University of Nebraska Medical Center pathologists. We have experienced significant growth and change in the last 40 years of operation but remain committed to our initial goals. Regional Pathology Services provides marketing, client services, specimen triaging and billing services for the University of Nebraska Department of Pathology and Microbiology and The Nebraska Medical Center Clinical Laboratories. Our services include but are not limited to:

Clinical and Anatomic Pathology Testing and Consultation
Courier or pre-paid overnight mail service
Supplies needed to transport specimens
Remote site report printers
Faxed reporting
EMR/LIS Interface capabilities
