Love this strength training!!!
"Hi, my name is Joe and I am 71 years old. I am an avid golfer, playing on average three times a week, walking with a pull cart versus riding. Daily I do a stretching and yoga routine. My wife and I enjoy our regular neighborhood walks, typically 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. Recently, I decided to check out The Exercise Coach program. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the facility and the introductory workout experience. Getting immediate feedback from the equipment and being able to compare it to your past performance was a huge plus. However, for me the difference maker was the staff's approach explaining the 20 minute, twice a week workout process. At the time I felt I was in decent shape but needed to work on strengthening my core and improving my flexibility as I was having issues with occasional back pain. We talked about how they would tailor a program to meet my goals and improve my overall fitness.
I am extremely pleased with this program's mix of strength and cardio over these past 4 months. My back pain is all but gone as the focus on my core and flexibility has made a difference. Each 20-minute session has provided me with a challenging and solid workout due the coaches' interaction and the equipment feedback. My overall fitness level and flexibility have steadily improved. And my golf game has benefitted, as I am not as tired on those last few holes as I was before I started with this routine.
