My five year anniversary of becoming a Reiki Master was last week. Today, as I write this, I am so overcome with gratitude that tears are pouring down my face. As I tell my Reiki clients, tears are one of the easiest ways for our bodies to release & regulate our energy. Tears are powerful.
Earlier today I had a serious bout of imposter syndrome feeling as if I’m not doing enough, and I’m definitely not where I should be business wise. But, then (as I also say to my clients) I reminded myself that Reiki is a practice & not a perfection. I look back at how far I have come as a HUMAN in a world not easily navigated at times, and that’s when I tell myself I’m precisely where I am supposed to be. Without Reiki in my life I know this path would not look the same, and I don’t think my resilience & personal growth would look anything like it does today. Reiki has been a huge part of me knowing & honoring my worth.
THANK YOU TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS TRUSTED ME WITH THEIR REIKI EXPERIENCES!! And, I look forward to meeting those of you who are ready to schedule your first session with me to start healing with Reiki! Thank you to my Aunt Lois for sharing the gift of Reiki with me.💜💜💜

Tonight is the first new moon of 2026! It’s all about looking within, because this when we begin to truly trust ourselves— we have done the work!!
This is the time to set intentions along with a plan of action for the rest of the year. A plan can be as simple as picking one new habit that will encourage or help you to reach the goal. Today is also a great day to burn some sage & open up a window to release stagnant energy in order to create space for the fresh & new that is to come. It is also the PERFECT time to schedule your Reiki session with me! Let’s get YOUR energy flowing to serve you to your greatest & highest potential! 🌚🖤🪄
