When a facial (only the 4th I’ve ever had) turns into Christmas. Time for a new skin care regimen. And I am SO excited! Thanks Emily for a great experience as always and taking care of a girl! Making sure to take care of myself inside and out. Happy2024!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our family to yours. Yes, I am a day belated but spent the day enjoying my family and the white Christmas. We hope that everyone had safe and wonderful holiday. We know that the holidays aren’t a joyous time for all but wishing those whose wasn’t some peace during difficult times.

Date day with my best girl. I was so excited to get to do this with my daughter. I’ve had numerous patients talking about getting their “colors” done and found it very intriguing.

Well, that was our mother daughter date today. Nola is a winter and I am a spring. Had so much fun learning and seeing it unfold. In one picture you can see the debate for Nola between summer and winter, and how winter just brightens her whole face.

Something we will both be able to use forever. Erin was amazing and I highly recommend get your colors done if you haven’t, and Erin was incredible.

I am trying to do a better job of taking care of my skin. We preach longevity and anti-aging for you body, skin care is a part of that, it is the largest organ in the human body. It can take a beating from stress, environment, sleep, diet, etc. Today, I completed my 3rd RF micro needle. And I am still shocked by the results. No filler use in 4+ years, neurotoxin 1-2 times yearly and my skin care regimen is fair…by the time bedtime rolls around I don’t have the motivation to do much more than wash the day away. But I am good about sunscreen daily and at least 2-3 times a week using peptides and growth factors directly on my skin. To answer some of the questions, no it doesn’t hurt-a little numbing cream and we chat the whole time; yes I am mildly red immediately following but it doesn’t prevent me from doing anything or going anywhere; yes I will get a little dry and flaky in the days after; yes I can wear some mineral make up the next day; and yes I add exosomes to my treatment immediately following. Today was a self care day, well let’s be real everyday is a self care day with exercising, hormones, nutrition, sleep, hydration and so on. But today was my second RF micro needle to help me age gracefully and gratefully. And I am shocked at the results so far! I had my first one about a month ago. Pain was really minimal. I didn’t have to shelter at home for a week post needling. The first picture is prior to my first and the second was the next day!! Both with clean face, no makeup. I can’t believe how much softer the lines by my nose are. I’m a believer and hooked! With the only person I trust with my face (other than myself, yes I do most of my own injections)-Laura Trapp Aesthetics.
