After a lot of reflection the past few months, I’ve decided it’s time to close my online Yoga Replay Library and wrap up my monthly online class. This practice and community have meant the world to me over the years — truly. 💜

Between my full-time work in mindfulness and coaching, teaching in-person, and family life (including a wedding soon!), I know it’s the right time to create more space. 💫

Thank you to everyone who’s joined me online over the years! Your presence, practice, and support have been such a gift. 💜

To close this chapter and say THANK YOU, our final class tonight at 7pm CST is free for anyone who wants to attend. I hope to see you there! 🤗
