We have a fleet of full-service vehicles to support our commitment to service and customer satisfaction throughout the region. All customer service personnel are equipped with up-to-date equipment to enhance communication capabilities while in the field. All Therapists and staff employed by Helget Home Care maintain competency testing, licensure, and CEU requirements.

As a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician, you will load and deliver medical equipment products and medical gas to customers. You must enjoy helping others to provide exceptional customer interactions and work to resolve customer issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Load and unload company vehicle with s specified products for delivery
Inventory vehicle in and out each day
- Deliver products ordered by customers in a timely manner
- Maintain records and logs related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Obtain appropriate signatures to verify receipt of items delivered
- Operate assigned vehicle safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-safety checks and inspections of assigned vehicle
- Perform routine maintenance & servicing of vehicle
- Report major repairs, service needs, incidents or accidents to proper authorities
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record/driving record
- Ability to push, pull and move up to 75lbs
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong verbal communication skills

Responsibility
• Inspire and build the client support team while living our core values
• Mentor and coach the healthcare client support team in providing remarkable service to all customers
• Motivate team members to achieve daily and weekly goals and provide feedback for development
• Support team members in resolving any escalated client issues or concerns
• Research and resolve customer, branch and staff inquiries
• Plan and conduct effective weekly team meetings and/or trainings
• Proactively provide backup to team for high call volume or team shortages to maintain service levels and goals
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to achieve company goals and support corporate initiatives
• Proactively improve and increase skills and knowledge
• Build and analyze service level and other measurement reports

Qualification
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership, management and motivational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, prospects and business partners
• Strong customer service focus and skills with previous experience in proactive techniques
• Superior interpersonal skills and proactive team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly developed problem-solving skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
As the Respiratory Therapist, you will assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. You will initiate and conduct diagnostic tests, therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques, such as breathing exercises and the use of medications and respiratory equipment.
• Determine requirements for treatment, such as type, method and duration of therapy, precautions to be taken, and medication and dosages, compatible with physicians' orders.
• Set up and operate devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic oxygen administration apparatus, CPAP, etc
• Manage patient monitoring systems
• Provide customer support related to any product or service
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues utilizing software
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Create reports and maintain measurements as required
• Every other week rotating on-call typically with minimal issues

QUALIFICATIONS
• AAS Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Minimum CRT certification
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to type 55 wpm
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize
