Strong partnerships are built on great people. Big shoutout to Rita Ramos at Western Nebraska Community College. One of their team members shared these words recognizing the important work Rita does for the college.

“I have worked with WNCC for 18 years, and in all that time, I have never seen such a dedicated worker on your team. I realize that FBG provides contracted janitorial services for the college, but many of us feel that Rita is truly one of our own. She works incredibly hard every day. She is focused, never wastes a moment and always has her nose to the grindstone.

Rita is very polite and courteous to staff and faculty while quietly and diligently doing her job. I notice that every time she leaves a restroom, it has been thoroughly cleaned. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work. I have never seen her waste company time in any way, and she still maintains excellent customer relations throughout her day.”

FBG is proud to celebrate Dennis Breuer from Mediapolis Community Schools, who has been recognized nationally as an Honorable Mention winner in the Staples Business Advantage Everyday Champions contest. This program shines a spotlight on the janitorial, sanitation and facility professionals who keep workplaces safe, clean and running smoothly, often without the recognition they deserve. As part of this honor, Dennis will receive a $1,000 prize.
