Our VP of Finance, Tina Heisterkamp, was proud to present the Ethics and Integrity Value Award to Brenda Beckman in recognition of her consistent reliability and trusted presence in Accounting Operations and Dispatch. She is someone colleagues confidently turn to when challenges arise.

During a complex rollout of a new snow schedule and pricing structure ahead of the 2025-2026 winter season, Brenda stepped in to help navigate vendor questions, invoicing issues and billing confusion. She took full ownership of the situation, working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure clarity, accuracy and fairness.

Through extra hours, countless calls and consistent communication, Brenda helped ensure vendors were paid correctly, customers were billed accurately and operations stayed on track. Her persistence and attention to detail made a measurable difference across the organization.

During a week dedicated to celebrating excellence in service, Brenda’s commitment to doing what is right reflects the very best of FBG values. Congrats Brenda!
