Department Spotlight: Dietary Team

Midtown’s Dietary Team plays a key role in creating comfort, routine, and connection for residents.

Cammy, our Director of Dietary, leads the department and oversees daily kitchen operations, meal planning, and meal preparation for residents. She is known for her strong work ethic and hands-on approach, working alongside her team to help ensure meals are prepared consistently and meet residents’ individual needs. Her passion for cooking and for the residents she serves is reflected in the care given to daily meals.

The dietary department works closely with residents and other departments to help keep that experience positive and consistent. This photo represents part of our dietary team, with many others contributing throughout the day to support resident meals and service.

Department Spotlight: Human Resources (HR)

Today we’re introducing Michelle, our HR & Business Manager, and the role she plays in supporting residents and daily operations.

Michelle supports both residents and facility operations through her work in the business office, with responsibilities that often extend beyond traditional administrative tasks. She assists residents with Medicaid and insurance-related processes and provides follow-up when residents are hospitalized to help support continuity of care.

Her role frequently requires flexibility and long hours, and she steps in where needed—whether that’s supporting residents directly or assisting across departments during busy or unexpected moments. This hands-on approach reflects the day-to-day work involved in keeping operations moving while supporting resident needs.
