Do you have to warm up for 20 minutes just to feel okay?

A long warm-up isn’t always a sign of discipline or preparation. Sometimes it’s your body telling you something isn’t moving the way it should.

When you need more and more time just to feel “ready,” there’s often an underlying limitation like restricted hips, limited shoulder mobility, or a movement pattern that isn’t efficient.
