💥💥💥 Some new & exciting changes for 2026! 💥💥💥 As 2025 comes to a close, I want to take a minute to reflect, express gratitude, and let you know about some upcoming additions/changes that are coming your way! I know this will be a long post, but give it a read so you’re up on all the latest updates!
For those that key in, pop your earbuds in, and get your workout in independently whether 2pm or 2am ... keep on keepin' on! There are a lot of you ... and you are FIERCE AND AMAZING!!! I see you working hard! Keep me updated on your progress, questions, or concerns. I LOVE hearing from my members! For those of you that work out independently and utilize classes, or those that just utilize classes - we rolled out our updated calendar for 2026 yesterday! Everything is loaded in Vagaro and good to go! I have received some stellar feedback, so for that I am grateful. I did have a chat with my 5:15am class about Monday moving to 4:30pm. If you think I bring the energy in the morning ... just WAIT until you get me late afternoon! That being said, here is what I am going to do in 2026 ... Following my Saturday classes, I will write up my class for Monday @ 4:30pm. The board will be placed by the front mirrors Saturday or Sunday. Those of you that want to come in Monday morning - it will be there for you! If you want to put together a group text/chat and meet at 5:15am to run what I have posted ... you are absolutely free to do that! I will also be posting class write ups occasionally in our private Facebook group ... RWG Challengers. So, if you're interested in that, please request to join the group! Diana will have some STELLAR 9am classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Along with Pilates-style and core work on Thursday, get ready for some fun additions, such as some Step Class vibes and other fun items she may have up her sleeve! 😉
Second order of business … I am looking to possibly add a piece or 2 to the gym! Drop a comment if there is something you think would be a great addition to the gym! Space is always an objective, so keep that in mind. This could be a piece of cardio or another modality you think would be awesome!
Finally, THANK YOU!!! As we cruise into our 8th year, I am SO GRATEFUL for every single one of you. I get to do something I absolutely love every single day, and it’s because of every single member – past and present. Let’s gear up for an amazing 2026 … because IT WILL BE! 🫶
