To the men who show up every day.
To the ones who carry what most will never see.
To the ones who feel like they have to be strong, steady, unshakable…

You’re allowed to be human.

It’s okay to:

Ask for help

Have a hard day

Feel overwhelmed

Cry

Go to therapy

Not be okay right now

Let someone in

Strength isn’t silence.
Strength isn’t stuffing it down.
Strength is honesty, connection, vulnerability, and courage — even when it feels uncomfortable.

And if you’ve been holding it together alone for way too long…
You don’t have to do that anymore.

Today, we pause to honor the brave — the men and women who carried courage on their shoulders and freedom in their hearts.

This Veterans Day, may we remember that our peace was bought with sacrifice, our safety built on the strength of those who stood in the face of danger so that we could live without fear. Every salute, every folded flag, every silent tear tells a story of devotion and love for this country that words can barely express.

To every veteran — past, present, and fallen — thank you for your service, your courage, and your unwavering faith in something greater than yourself. You’ve given us more than freedom; you’ve given us the example of what true honor looks like.

Today and always, we remember.
