The cold months are upon us, which means dry skin season is too. You can't control the temperature, but you CAN make a few small changes to keep your skin comfortable all winter long:
💧 Stay hydrated
🚿 Keep showers short and use warm, not hot, water
🧴 Moisturize right after showering
🌬️ Use a humidifier

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin and antioxidant with several benefits. Studies show it may play a role in immune support, reducing inflammation, and even inhibiting tumor growth. Most diets will provide enough vitamin E through veggies, nuts, seeds, fish, and fortified foods, but if you have intestinal conditions like celiac, Crohn's, or ulcerative colitis, you may want to consider adding a supplement.
