♨️Hot Topic♨️: PEPTIDES

A recent healthcare craze, peptides have been used for anti-aging, muscle building/fat loss, and rapid injury recovery through injections or topical application.

What we know:
💡Some peptides are FDA tested and approved, many are not. 💡Synthetic peptides are a foreign substance to our bodies and we may react negatively to introduction.
💡There's not enough research/testing yet to consider most peptide use "safe". **Consult your physician first!**

‼️🥘BUT, NUTRITION🥘‼️
Foods high in protein contain natural peptides and are safe!
DO EAT:
✅ fermented dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, Parmesan)
✅ beef, seafood, poultry
✅ eggs
✅ soy, lentils, beans
