Potty Learning is Complex!

(or Toilet Learning)

It involves:

- Interoception
(feeling the urge, feeling messy/clean, pain or discomfort, axiety/fear/feeling safe)

- Pelvic Health

- Core/Postural Stability

- Nutrition

- Sensory Experiences

-Medical Conditions

That STICKER we offer kids does nothing to address any of these issues!

Thank you to Kelly Mahler and Sahana Baker-Malone for sharing their knowledge and teaching us that potty "training" is a parent success. Potty "learning" focuses more on the human who actually has to p*e or p**p.
