Level 2 Sound Healing - a week with this incredible group. ✨💗

So much learning, collaboration, resonance, and connection. There’s something powerful about practicing in community - the way sound weaves us together and opens space for presence, curiosity, and growth. Feeling grateful for every person in this circle. ⭕️✨

Today felt like a gift. I was “magically” paired with a partner for our practicum, and she happened to be an aromatherapy practitioner. The way her scents blended with the sound work created a beautiful and unexpected harmony. I guided some gentle Yoga movement as well before the Sound Bath. It felt like the ocean was part of the session too, being on the coast of Florida. 🌊✨

I am grateful for the serendipity of today, for the teachers guiding this path, and for the magic that happens when multiple healing modalities meet at the shoreline. ✨🥣✨

Day 3 and learning lots! I got to receive two Sound Baths today in an anti-gravity chair, and two more tomorrow. Then the last day I’ll give one! And of course, I’ve added 8 more instruments to my collection. ✨🥣🥁🔔🎹

Building on yesterday’s work with drums, today we explored the resonance of crystals bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the layered elements that create a full sound bath experience.

Each vibration, each tone, feels like a doorway into stillness. 💫
