As most if you know after Covid my work life has been nothing but stress, with people not showing up for interviews, or ghosting us to only working till 3 months to get unemployment.
I never thought it would calm down but I always had Diana that took on all and any the roles to help me out and then a year or so ago Tina joined us as my front office coordinator and 6 months ago Crystal joined us while I was in India and my actual assistants didn’t show up for my temp dentist and without seeing Crystal or interviewing her, I asked her to go in and just get us thru and man did she she come thru.
We have 4 very different personalities at our office but we work.

Feeling really blessed this season knowing that we have a great team that truly works hard to make patient’s experience the best they can.

Happy to call them my Husker Dental family!
