Making the switch can be a big decision! So, when a traveler says it was worth it, that is a pretty big deal.

Jaime shared this about working with Christian, and it really comes down to communication, follow-through, and actually being there when it counts! Clear answers, quick responses, and support that doesn’t stop once the contract is signed.

Christian may be newer to Titan, but he’s not new to this. He brings experience, a positive attitude, and the kind of consistency travelers notice right away!

We are so glad Jaime made the switch and even more glad it led her here💛

It’s Meet the Team Monday! Let's meet Ricky👋

Ricky is one of those people you can always count on, no questions asked. He’s the kind of guy who will drop what he’s doing to help someone out, and he brings that same energy to both his team and his travelers! His travelers love him for a reason.He communicates, shows up, and actually builds real relationships with the people he works with.

Around the office, Ricky keeps things fun! He’s always positive, always making people laugh, and honestly just someone you want to be around. And if you sit anywhere near him… you already know about “Ricky’s Bakery/Café.” There’s always a snack, something homemade, or a random creation he’s trying to get people to try (we are still not sold on the peanut butter + pickle sandwiches😅).

He advocates for his travelers, puts in the work, and genuinely cares; which is what makes him so good at what he does!!

We’re lucky to have him on Team Titan. 👏

First travel assignment and already making it count!!

Lorie took her first contract all the way from North Carolina to South Dakota and made a whole experience out of it!! Her friends came to visit, they explored Pierre, saw the sights, and just enjoyed the time together (hi, Mount Rushmore 👀)

She told us this whole experience has been an amazing adventure, and that’s exactly what we want for our travelers! We couldn't be happier for you, Lorie🫶

Caela shared this about working with Alisha, and it really comes down to consistency, trust, and how you treat people over time! Staying with the same recruiter for years says a lot and that kind of relationship doesn’t happen by accident.

Jeri has the brightest, most contagious smile and such a positive attitude that it’s hard not to feel it when she’s around.

She may be new to Titan, but she’s definitely not new to the healthcare staffing world! Jeri knows this industry inside and out, and she’s an absolute rockstar. We’re incredibly lucky and proud to have her on Team Titan!
Outside of work, Jeri stays just as busy. She has two sets of twin boys (yes… two sets — wish her luck! 😅) and still somehow finds time to play darts and softball competitively!

Safe to say, she knows how to keep up the pace both in and out of the office. We’re so happy to have her on Team Titan💛
