Emily Zegers is the definition of reliable. As a Client Manager and Team Lead, she’s someone you can count on to get the job done, and get it done right! She’s strategic, thoughtful, and somehow always two steps ahead.

Whether she’s coordinating with a facility, helping her team grow, or jumping in to solve a problem before it even lands on your plate, Emily does it all with confidence and calmness! Just ask any of the recruiters she works with or the traveler who called her a “godsend.” We’d have to agree.

A BIG (early) Happy Birthday to Reece! 🎉
If you’ve ever called Titan, chances are Reece was the friendly voice on the other end, and we’re lucky enough to experience that positivity every single day in the office.

Reece might be the first face you see at Titan, but she’s also the one making sure everything runs smoothly day in and day out. From handling all incoming and outgoing mail, keeping our breakrooms stocked, ordering office supplies, and making sure the coffee is always ready; to managing anniversary cards, birthday celebrations, cube décor, and sending out our daily out/WFH list so everyone’s on the same page… Reece truly does it all.

We are so lucky to work with you, Reece. Thank you for taking such great care of our people and our space day in and day out. We hope your birthday is just as amazing as you are! 💛🖤

Russell is one of the kindest, most dependable people you’ll ever meet! The type of recruiter who truly gets what his travelers need (and then delivers every time).
He’s got a big heart, a soft spot for his Cavapoo, Bunker 🐶, and a smile that never really leaves his face. Outside of work, you’ll probably find him smoking meats, hitting the golf course, or planning his next hike with his wife, Madalyn — who just so happens to be a surgical nurse herself (talk about a healthcare power couple 👏).

He’s thoughtful, hard-working, and genuinely cares about the people around him. Titan (and his travelers) are lucky to have him on our side!

If you’ve ever worked with Erin, you know how dependable she is. She is always checking in, always on top of things, and always making sure her travelers are taken care of! Whether it’s assignments or last-minute issues, she’s on it before you even have to ask.
She’s got a fun, kind presence, a strong work ethic, and she brings the same energy to every traveler relationship. Field Day might be her favorite Titan event, but the real highlight is having her on the Titan Team!
