As I’m walking down the aisles of the grocery store today, of course there were LOTS of choices for Halloween candy out! I wanted some candy corn SO bad or the peppermint patties in the spider package! BUT, I had a list and it included healthy, tasty choices that did not include candy! It doesn’t mean I can never have some, but it needs to be planned, put in my food journal, measured! Every day choices make a difference in our health! Do NOT have the candy in your house - you’ll eat it! Take very good care of yourself!

Take time to name your fears! This last year we have all struggled with fear and anxiety! It’s been tough! But today, take the step to name it, face it and take the 1st step to getting better - mind, body and spirit!
