There is a lot of talk about Melatonin recently. I have a strong belief that any over the counter shouldn’t be used on a daily basis.

But how I will sleep?

Seven tips to help you sleep better
Unwind habits to help you sleep.

1. No blue light spectrum lights on, one hour before bed.

2. Chill out and laugh, release some cortisol.
Listen to music, watch a comedy, (not a drama)

3. If you have lots on your mind, keep a journal, write down your thoughts. Writing helps us process drama and trauma, if it’s your list of things do writing down helps you relax, not stress trying to remember.

4. Make your room cool and dark, cover all those pericing lights from devices.

5. Put your phone on airplane mode.

6. No caffiene after 2pm (within 8 hours of sleep) and if you’re very used to it, skip for a week or two to return your sensitivity. You will need less and feel better.

7. No herb or over the counter med will help you like changing your habits, you gain the maxium effect by first changing your habits.

That being said here are herbs to aid sleep.

1. Passionflower- turns off the radio in your head, thoughts calm down.

2. Skullcap- when your body isn’t ready to sleep but your mind is, will release tenison in your muscle.

3. Valerian- can hit like a truck, make sure you have time to sleep 10hours.

Your sleep is your most important asset.
Your sleep is your health.
In sleep your body is it cleaning and repairing,
Moving short term memory to long term.
There so many studies on this.
Childern grow in there sleep.
Women need more sleep,since their brains do that much than men.
Sleep should NOT be the leftovers of your day.

It should be your most scared time.
Hear your thoughts, pray and listen to God before you sleep.

Don’t give up on real food.

If a GMO farmer admits he won't eat the stuff, why would Whole Foods Market, a company that claims to be the "Organic Capital of the World", be selling Americans toxic GMO sweetcorn? Tell them to stop: tinyurl.com/StopSellingGMOsweetcorn

Shockingly, the only choice in many Whole Foods stores is Bayer-Monsanto or Syngenta’s toxic GMO sweet corn. The White and Bi-Color Corn are stacked in bins, with husks still on, ready for your summer BBQ. But look more closely at the signs and you’ll see the fine print – “Bioengineered Food”, the USDA’s new term for GMOs.

We’re talking corn that is genetically engineered to produce up to 3 insecticides. THE INSECTICIDES ARE IN EVERY CELL OF THE CORN AND CAN’T BE WASHED OFF. The corn is also genetically engineered to tolerate glyphosate or glufosinate-based herbicides, or both.

Linen is amazing natural fiber! If you don’t like to wear plastic and sleep in plastic and you want stop adding microplastics to the water that we then drink, Linen is for you!
It is anti mircobioal and being a light airy fabric its harder for micros to breed.
Hope everyone enjoys linen!

But there is an echo chamber speaking to its frequency, this is a myth.

Let me start by saying that I love wearing linen. Of course, linen is more expensive and requires considerably more care than wrinkle-free synthetics, but when you’re sitting outside at the Green Parrot Bar in Key West in August, it’s more than worth it.
