It is with immense sadness that I must notify everyone that Jamie Moore passed away on August 27, 2023. He battled his cancer for almost 8 years and even while fighting it he accomplished amazing things with his business and in life in general. My heart is broken and I will miss him every second of my days ahead. He was an amazing husband, father, neurotherapist, and more.

There will be a memorial service on Monday, September 11th at 11am at Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler, located at 7805 West Center Road in Omaha. Food will be served after the service.

His internment will take place with immediate family only, on a later date. There will be live streaming at the service for those who are not able to travel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude (stjude.org).

Thank you and God bless,

Jen Moore

Always interesting to see different articles about the brain.

The most detailed map ever made of the communication links between the hippocampus – the brain’s memory control centre – and the rest of the brain has been created by Australian scientists. And it may change how we think about human memory.

It has been a long time since we have posted on this page. A very long time. In the last six years, Jamie has been fighting cancer on and off. A normal person with his stage of cancer would quit working completely but we all know Jamie is not a normal person! While he needed to take steps to scale back in order to focus on his health, he has never wanted to stop helping people. So, along the way we have adjusted. He is semi-retired but does still see a small number of Clients. In the last six years, while going through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, he co-hosted a TV show about cancer (after his first year of treatment), he moved his practice from an office setting to a home setting (which ended up being more of a comfort for clients). He has managed to navigate staying healthy while taking care of clients during a pandemic (former ICU nurses know a few things about viruses and how they are spread). He was nominated and is in the Who's Who in America book for 2021 (second time in his life to be in this book by the way), and he also helped build an audio frequency room for a wonderful woman, with custom-made speakers (his amazing brother-in-law built the speaker boxes, FYI). The RN in him, the caretaker in him, will never go away. We feel so blessed with the abundance of support; prayers, & kindness that has been shown to us over these six years. I know this business and the Clients that have come our way are what keeps him going (besides his amazing wife and sons). Thank you for being there, you are truly appreciated.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year! Due to some travel and the holidays we will be closed until January 2nd. We have some serious friend and family time ahead to celebrate Jamie's remission. If you need anything please leave a message or e-mail and once we are back in action we will respond. Everyone stay safe and have a wonderful holiday season!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We are thankful for all of our family, friends, and clients who have been so supportive of us - especially these last few years. We have been quiet again this year because Jamie was going through cancer treatment again. We are happy to announce that he is cancer free for a second time and we will be closed over Thanksgiving weekend to enjoy each other. Don't let silence fool you, however. Even while going through treatment Jamie took care of clients and has re-imagined his treatment approach; using acoustic vibrational frequencies in conjunction with neurotherapy. He began this last year and has built and is re-building the sound system that delivers the acoustical frequencies. Needless to say, our clients love it! There will definitely be more to come on this soon. He is in the process of finishing up some new speakers and we will post pictures. May everyone have a peaceful, joyous weekend!

MNI will be closed the first week of July in part to celebrate July 4th and also to give Jamie a much needed break. Everyone have a safe 4th of July and we will see you soon!

Life has been busy at Moore Neurotherapy and it is now a time for some rest. We hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday and have a safe and happy new year! We will be closed until Thursday January 3rd.

Jamie's project these past few months is about to air! This is a personal show made with a dear friend but we also wanted our friends on the MNI page to be aware so they can check it out! If you are not in the Omaha metro area we will be also airing this on You Tube so more to come on that!

We have been quiet lately but don't let that fool you into thinking there is nothing going on! Jamie celebrated his 60th birthday a couple of weeks ago. We celebrated with family and friends and it was such a milestone considering his health challenges these last two years. Not one to EVER remain idle (even when he was going through cancer treatment), he has been producing and starring in a show called Candid Chats on Cancer with a lovely friend of ours. It is all from a personal viewpoint, with guests galore. That will begin airing soon on the Cable Access Network. He has also been completely re-designing his client rooms and has added additional frequency therapies to his existing regimen and has had a phenomenal response from his clients. They love it! He added both visual and sound frequency approaches that has complimented their neurotherapy sessions. More to come on that! We hope everyone is well and will fill you in with more details soon!
