It has been a long time since we have posted on this page. A very long time. In the last six years, Jamie has been fighting cancer on and off. A normal person with his stage of cancer would quit working completely but we all know Jamie is not a normal person! While he needed to take steps to scale back in order to focus on his health, he has never wanted to stop helping people. So, along the way we have adjusted. He is semi-retired but does still see a small number of Clients. In the last six years, while going through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, he co-hosted a TV show about cancer (after his first year of treatment), he moved his practice from an office setting to a home setting (which ended up being more of a comfort for clients). He has managed to navigate staying healthy while taking care of clients during a pandemic (former ICU nurses know a few things about viruses and how they are spread). He was nominated and is in the Who's Who in America book for 2021 (second time in his life to be in this book by the way), and he also helped build an audio frequency room for a wonderful woman, with custom-made speakers (his amazing brother-in-law built the speaker boxes, FYI). The RN in him, the caretaker in him, will never go away. We feel so blessed with the abundance of support; prayers, & kindness that has been shown to us over these six years. I know this business and the Clients that have come our way are what keeps him going (besides his amazing wife and sons). Thank you for being there, you are truly appreciated.
