According to the abstract the building was erected in 1910, but the first note of it being used as a pharmacy was in 1945. Originally called Riverside, The name was changed to Ed's under new ownership in the 1960's. This name has been kept under the next 2 owners from 1978 to current!

"Shout out to the nice lady at Ed's Rexall on 10th Street for putting together a quick candy gift bag for my Aunt Mary who I'm visiting over lunch. The chocolates I originally bought her had nuts and caramel, which wouldn't work for her, so we found an assortment of chocolates that would. She had a gift bag to make it look all pretty, and I'm on my way! Great customer service!"
